1,200 New Apartments!

The Jerusalem District Planning and Building Committee approved the deposit of two urban renewal plans, on Stern Street in Kiryat Yovel and on Shalom Yehuda Street in Arnona, totaling approximately 1,200 housing units.

For the park complex on Stern Street in the Kiryat Yovel neighborhood, the committee decided to deposit a plan promoted and funded by the Government Authority for Urban Renewal in cooperation with the Jerusalem Municipality, and accompanied by the municipal administration. It includes approximately 1,000 housing units to be built in five stepped buildings of 9 to 21 floors, with commercial, employment and public uses on the lower floors.
