18 New Buildings, 552 Super-Luxury Apartments

Hundreds of new apartments and a country club: the luxury project in a neighborhood in north Jerusalem.
Amim Entrepreneurship and Solel Boneh signed a contract to build the luxury project "Givat Hashalva" in Givat Ze'ev, which includes 18 buildings and 552 apartments at an approximate value of NIS 850 million. The project will also build public institutions, a shopping center, a country club and ample green spaces.
Amim Entrepreneurship and Solel Boneh, part of the Shikun and Binui Group, signed a contract to build the "Givat Hashalva" project, which will include 552 luxury housing units, with a construction scope of approximately NIS 850 million.
"Givat Hashalva" is a unique and prestigious project designed specifically for the Haredi-American and English-speaking community, with an emphasis on quality and an environment for a high standard of living. The project will include 18 buildings with underground parking and apartments averaging 160 square meters with balconies of 40 square meters or more, and includes 26 hectares of public institutions, a modern country club and ample green spaces. In addition, tenant clubs will be built that will include work areas, leisure areas for children and more, and the planning emphasizes maximum comfort and meets all relevant needs in terms of residence, leisure and employment. A large shopping center and an employment center will be built near the neighborhood.
