Three Towers of 20 to 30 Stories, 298 Units

The Rami Levy Real Estate group is developing the VISION project, an impressive complex that includes three towers of 20 to 30 stories and covers an area of 85,000 square meters.
The new project, located in the "New Wiener Quarter" near Talpiot, will offer 298 housing units in a diverse mix, from 3-room apartments to luxurious penthouses, all of which benefit from meticulous architectural planning by the firm "Amatzia Aharonson Architects" and interior design by designer Liora Niv-Fromchenko.
The complex, which is expected to blend into Jerusalem's future skyline, is planned as an innovative urban space that combines residences with commerce and leisure. A vibrant commercial avenue will be built at the base of the towers and a spacious green garden will be built in the center of the complex. Tenants will enjoy a residents' club, a gym, a synagogue and a kindergarten, while a seven-level underground parking garage will provide a comprehensive parking solution. Accessibility to the complex is ensured by the light rail Blue Line, which will connect residents with the city center and the northern neighborhoods.
The project's strategic location offers residents a spectacular panoramic view: to the north the Old City, to the west West Jerusalem, to the east the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea, and to the south the Gilo neighborhood. Work has already begun and the project is expected to be completed in about four years.
