The Biggest Increases Were Recorded in the Jerusalem and Haifa Districts

In the last three months, from December 2022 to February 2023, the largest share of new apartments sold was in the southern district, at 23.2%, and in the central district, at 21.2%. The biggest increases were recorded in the Jerusalem and Haifa districts compared with the previous three months (39.8% and 13.7%, respectively)
