More than 333 purchase transactions at prices above NIS 5 million took place in Jerusalem. Of the ten highest transactions, six took place on two streets, in the Old Katamon and Mekor Baruch neighborhoods.

The ten most expensive sales:

. An eight-room apartment of 308 square meters on Harakevet Street in the Baka neighborhood, for NIS 20.7 million.

. A five-room apartment of 275 square meters on Malkei Israel Street in the Mekor Baruch neighborhood, sold for NIS 19.9 million.

. A six-room apartment of 276 square meters on Malkei Israel Street in the Mekor Baruch neighborhood, sold for NIS 19.9 million.

. A six-room apartment of 202 square meters on Chopin Street in the Old Katamon neighborhood, sold for NIS 18.5 million.

. An eight-room apartment of 374 square meters on Zahra Street in the Bab a-Zahra neighborhood, sold for NIS 17.6 million.

. A four-room apartment of 167 square meters on Malkei Israel Street in the Mekor Baruch neighborhood, sold for NIS 17.57 million.

. A six-room apartment of 181 square meters on Chopin Street in the Old Katamon neighborhood, sold for NIS 17.51 million.

. An eight-room apartment of 300 square meters on Mezri Tiran Street in Givat Hamivtar, sold for NIS 17.5 million.

. A six-room apartment of 288 square meters on Ramat Golan Street in Ramat Eshkol, sold for NIS 16.8 million.
