The Israel Land Authority (RMI) today (Wednesday) published the results of two tenders in Jerusalem, in which the Authority is expected to earn revenue of approximately NIS 193 million for lots for building 520 apartments. In Netivot, two tenders were published, also with full responses, for land for 120 apartments for about NIS 35 million.
Beit Yerushalmi, through its subsidiary Nofim, won a 17-dunam lot on Moshe Barzani Street in the city's Talpiot neighborhood for building 400 apartments, for approximately NIS 133 million, including development costs. The tender had 7 bids with an average of NIS 53.97 million before development costs. The tender is an initiation tender in which undeveloped land is marketed, and the winning company must advance the urban planning itself. These are five lots in this complex that are undergoing zoning changes from road and public space to residential.
Also in Jerusalem, on Walja Street in Katamonim, on a 1.6-dunam lot for building 120 housing units, RMA Target Real Estate won for approximately NIS 60 million, including development costs. 19 bids were submitted for the tender, with an average of NIS 28.34 million before development costs. This is an initiation tender that is part of plan 4508 to mark the rail bridge from the Pat neighborhood to the Talpiot industrial zone, located west of the Talpiot industrial zone, south of the Pat neighborhood and east of Beit Tzafafa, and covering an area of 88 dunams.
