According to Yechiel Segal, CEO of the Beit Yerushalmi Group, the project joins three other projects in Katamonim: Hashomer Yitzhak Sade, Bar Yohai Yitzhak Sade Complex 06 and Bar Yohai Yitzhak Sade Complex 11, which are another 1,100 units approved by the district committee, within a 100-meter radius of the Hashomer-Margolin project that has now been approved for deposit. These plans add to the thousands of housing units that the Beit Yerushalmi Group initiates, plans and executes.

For NIS 122 million: this is the new neighborhood that will be built in Jerusalem
Beit Yerushalmi won the tender for NIS 122 million and will build a new neighborhood in Jerusalem. The complex includes five lots with a total area of 17 dunams on Moshe Barzani Street in the Talpiot Mizrah neighborhood.

The complex includes five lots with a total area of 17 dunams on Moshe Barzani Street in the Talpiot Mizrah neighborhood, where, according to the tender, about 400 units are planned. The group intends to promote a new zoning plan for the establishment of a new neighborhood.

This is the most significant and central project in a neighborhood going through a broad urban renewal boom. The group will launch the "Mitzpe Talpiot" project, which will combine residential apartments, small affordable apartments and long-term rental housing, together with public buildings and commercial and leisure areas.
"Mitzpe Talpiot" is planned next to the new southern entrance to the Talpiot Mizrah neighborhood from Hebron Road and will be an important gateway to the neighborhood. In this context, the aforementioned light rail line (the Purple Line) is planned to lead into the Talpiot Mizrah neighborhood through the new southern gate and adjacent to the project.
Avishai Meirovich, Vice President of the Beit Yerushalmi Group: "Mitzpe Talpiot" will be a completely new neighborhood within Talpiot Mizrah, whose residents will enjoy a view of Genesis. In addition, as part of the project, parks, schools and public buildings will be built, integrated into important commercial areas along the street
The Beit Yerushalmi Group is one of the largest companies in Jerusalem and plans and builds dozens of projects throughout the city, on the order of 10,000 units.
