The Dania Group, Israel's largest construction and infrastructure group, reported today (Monday) that it was chosen as the main contractor for the construction of Rami Levy Real Estate's prestigious residential, office and commercial complex to be built on Hebron Road. The Jerusalem "Southern Gate" project, according to the developer, "will provide its residents with a high-quality residence and business environment at a high international standard, in one of the capital's most vibrant neighborhoods."
The project will be built in the heart of the city, at the meeting point of the regenerating Talpiot neighborhood, the sought-after Arnona neighborhood and Kibbutz Ramat Rachel. The project's location is ideal and will allow quick access to all business, entertainment and leisure centers. Adjacent to the project will be the light rail Blue Line, which will connect the project's residents with the city center and the northern neighborhoods of Jerusalem. As part of the project and according to the agreements between the companies, Dania will build two residential towers of 30 floors each (a total of 298 units: 3, 4 and 5 rooms, mini-penthouses and penthouses) and a 20-floor office tower.
