The companies Tera and Rothstein report that they have received approval for an excavation permit for the building project at 28-32 Neve Ya'akov Boulevard in Jerusalem.

As part of the project, 111 apartments will be vacated and 538 new apartments will be built, in addition to about 830 square meters for commerce. In addition, the complex will include public spaces for daycare centers and a synagogue, as well as green areas.

This is one of the first projects expected to be implemented in the northern neighborhoods of Jerusalem.

This is a large and important project and we thank the apartment owners for their vote of confidence in us, which was demonstrated by the signing of 100% of the tenants in the project. The apartment owners will benefit from large apartments and, above all, from a modern and innovative residential complex that will combine a high standard of living and privacy along with public commercial buildings and green areas."

Also according to the report, the expected amount of revenue from the project is approximately NIS 765 million
