Golden Jerusalem: the luxury project in the city center is under way

Yossi Abrahami Group: an excavation permit was received for the luxury "Eden" project in Jerusalem. The project will be built in the city center and includes a 9-floor luxury boutique building with a commercial floor on the ground level and a variety of facilities for residents' wellbeing.

The "Eden" project includes a 9-floor luxury boutique building: a commercial floor on the ground level and 8 residential floors above, a series of facilities for residents' wellbeing, and the preservation of the facade of the historic hotel, which is a longtime Jerusalem icon. In the project, 78 apartments are offered for sale in a mix that includes 2, 3, 4 and 5 rooms and luxury penthouses. Apartment prices in the project start at NIS 3,180,000, and the company said that so far 18 apartments in the project have been sold.

The new building will combine luxury residences with a conserved building. The project is designed in the Bauhaus style and preserves the historic character of the Eden Hotel. The Eden project is located in the city center, at the corner of Hillel Street, which connects King George Street with Ben-Sira Street and Mamilla, parallel to the Ben-Yehuda promenade, and close to all of Jerusalem's legendary landmarks, the shops, well-known cafes and restaurants, pubs and office buildings.

Yaffe Sadan, Vice President of Marketing and Sales of the Yossi Abrahami Group: "After receiving the excavation and removal permit, we are heading to the site to begin development work. We expect to receive a full building permit within a few months. This is a boutique project that includes a low, intimate building, unlike the towers in the area, and it combines luxury, an ideal location close to all the heritage, culture and entertainment centers, and also a piece of history."
