This is the Carso complex, between Hebron Road and Bethlehem Road in Jerusalem.
According to the company, the Carso complex will be one of the central pillars in the development of the new Talpiot neighborhood, as part of a larger trend of development and renewal across the city. The Talpiot district will become a main urban center of the city, adding thousands of units in its eastern and northwestern parts, while the central and southwestern parts will be used for commerce and employment.
The project, which includes demolition, excavation and fill work, will result in the construction of 4 residential towers with a total area of approximately 63,000 square meters, alongside public and commercial spaces spread over approximately 3,500 square meters. In addition, an underground parking facility of approximately 27,000 square meters will be built for the project. The consideration for carrying out the project will be approximately NIS 438 million (plus VAT), will be linked to the residential construction input index according to a mechanism set between the parties, and will be paid to the company according to the pace of progress of the works on the project.
